Find peace and quiet on our farm in the forest. Let the wind in the trees and the bubbling brook soothe you to sleep. Wake up to bird song and a smile on your face, forgetting all about the stress of daily life.

Our beautiful Bed and breakfast has three rooms, sleeping 6 people in total.

During our PEAK SEASON June 15 – August 15 we offer bookings of at least 2 nights. Single nights are available in our off peak season.

Please note that the farm is a non-smoking area and that guests cannot bring any animals. Please avoid using perfumed products ahead of and during your stay with us. Thank you for your consideration!

ROOM 1

Room 1 has its own entrance, south-facing balcony and expansive views of the forest and our vegetable garden. The room is of a generous size with a large double bed (180 cm alternatively two singles) and space for an extra cot. It has its own ensuite with a walk-in shower.

Per night*: 1.200 SEK for 1 person including breakfast, additional person 300 SEK

*Minimum stay of 2 nights June 15 – August 15

ROOM 2

Room 2 has a double bed (160 cm) alternatively two single beds and views of our garden and forest. Shared bathroom with a walk-in shower and direct access to our small kitchen and relaxing area.

Per night*: 1.000 SEK for 1 person including breakfast, additional person 300 SEK

Room 2 and 3 have access to shared coffee and tea facilities.

*Minimum stay of 2 nights June 15 – August 15

ROOM 3

Room 3 has two single beds (bunkbed) and a view of the forest. Shared bathroom with a walk-in shower and direct access to our small kitchen and relaxing area.

Per night*: 950 SEK for 1 person including breakfast, additional person 300 SEK

Room 2 and 3 have access to shared coffee and tea facilities.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in is anytime after 15.00 and check-out is before 10.00

We are located on Breared Kannesten 650, 313 97 Simlångsdalen. 2,5 km from central Simlånsdalen, 1,3km from the swimming spot and 50m from the closest hiking trail.
Please note: You may cancel your booking without charge 7 days before your planned stay. After that, a charge equalling the first night’s stay will be debited. Thank you for your understanding.

Breakfast

Timings: Served at an agreed upon time between 7:00 – 9:00 (8:00 – 9:00 on weekends).

FARM BREAKFAST 
Homemade gluten free bread with cheese and seasonal vegetables, boiled farm egg, organic yoghurt with berries from the farm, coffee / tea.
